The Audio Podcast Series is the main series, updated most frequently.

The Video Podcast Series is 640 x 480 format videos: large files, suitable for iPods or TV screens.

To view the video files online (streaming) requires a fast internet connection. If the video stops while playing, either wait for it to finish loading, or choose the download option and play it from your computer after it downloads.

Download them to your computer and play them later, or
